I lost all my notes, emails, etc when I moved some months ago - thanks for old external HDs - so I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think it was PTF UA68522 (APAR OA37696). For some reason it got commented out of the APPLY statement generated by the FIXCAT job (SMPPUNCH DD, IIRC), and was overlooked by me and other folks (yeah, not my very best move ever).
