pax: decompress: FSUM6636 not in compressed format
Hmmm... the pax command doesn't recognize the file as an actual pax archive. It sounds to me like perhaps the file was modified somehow during or after download. How did you download the file? Did you ensure it was downloaded, or moved after download, as a binary file?
