You may need to use the RACF list as well.
But some questions -
1) How did you define the Resource Profiles
a) List them and show the display here
b) show the command you used to RDEF them
2) Did you need to do a RAC Refresh?
3) Are you doing this in batch or TSO Foreground?
4) Are you getting any ICH408I massages
a) If so, please paste the entire message for review.
5) Do you have any more specific RACF resource names before this?
6) Do you have the CLASSACT(FACILITY) active?
7) Did you do a PERMIT to the resource under FACILITY?
