Are you writing this dialog for your own personal use, or as something that will be used by others? The reason I ask is because most users would not want their own personal CUA settings to be changed by someone else. Keep in mind that some users might have vision impairment or be color blind (etc.), and might have spent hours configuring all the various CUA settings to make things stand out on the screen as much as possible.
