The QMF support team needs him to open a PMR in order to determine the cause of the problem. They will need more details about the data in DB2 for z/OS before they can determine the cause of the problem. Is it Arabic data in a DB2 that is in Arabic? Is it Arabic data in one table (or column) that is otherwise in a different language? Is it Arabic data with a specific code page? Is it Arabic data with Unicode code page? These are just a sample of the questions that need to be asked.
