No, it's a JES2 thing. And therefore you will find the mapping DSECT for $IRIS in SHASMAC.
I think you can chase it down from the CVT by going through CVTJESCT to find the first SSCT (primary JES2) -> SSCTSUS2 -> HCCT (which is a sort of CVT for JES2, mapped by $HCCT) Otherwise you can get to the SSCT for JES2 by going through the SSVT.
