I hate, eschew, despise, software that is so poorly documented that I have to 
hack at it for hours or days to finally figure out, it's broken.   

And then, I have to battle some bug reporting system to report the bug, and 
then it is 2 or more years before it gets fixed (assuming it gets fixed). 

How many examples would you like from Linux distributions?

How about FF?

We won't touch Winderz. 

So get a grip. JCL is documented. And if you find its doc is in error, report 
it and it gets  fixed. 

Since I am allergic to milk, I really can't offer you some cheese to go with
