Normally these issues are identified in the SAPR review. FMID's, power,  
A/C, environmental and person or teams assigned ownership.
 
Way back machine. Couple years after we converted from 3090 to 9672 get  
buzzed on weekend. Water sensors are going off. Hmmm, we don't have any water  
cooled. Anyway, pull up tiles and the sensors were right! The big 100 ton 
A/C  had sprung a leak. So much for planning.

BTW: it is good idea to know (have a list) what crypto services are  used 
by your application. Usually new crypto HW and SW version provide new  
service and features, but some old, obsolete services are dropped.  
That's worth to check.
