TCBCAUF is not marked as a programming interface, so I will not provide any information about it (FWIW, I don't happen to know anything about it).
TCBUSER's use is poorly defined, so is hard to know if it's OK to use. STCBUSER's use is well defined, so it is pretty easy to if that it's OK to use. As Rob Scott mentioned, use of name/token (IEANTCR / IEANTRT) for a task-level token is often a good choice.
