I just installed a new version of IBM Configurator and now appers a
new z13 machine called "z13s" with Machine type 2965 and models L10,

"There are rumours" that you're right: two models with 10 or 20
processors, variety of capacity models, Linux only models. IMHO nothing
suprising.
