I don't know how you can ignore this. The LOAD failed because of it. 
Presumably that adversely affected the processing. I suppose if it didn't 
adversely affect the processing then you don't care (other than the wasted 
cycles and annoyance factors). 

There is a limit on how many more LOADs than DELETEs there can be for a 
particular address space for a particular module. That has been exceeded. 
There is a bug (of some sort, which could include failure to delete or a 
design flaw).
