Another possibility ... I like this one ... is that your mail server is s-l-o-w to respond to a reverse DNS query. If so, maybe UA times out waiting for uribl.com to reply, and sends
it again to uribl.com, which then bounces the request as 'too often'. Your SMTP server doesn't happen to be some smalltown ISP or some really slow piece of mainframe software by chance? -- Jack J.
