Look for vDOS. It is based on DOSBOX and I think a better 16bit emulator, especially for something like this.

Executed DOSBOX, and I am able to execute TSPF! I'm out $19 just for the sake of being able to do this. Still have those 5.25 diskettes. I'm not sure if they contain the same thing, lower level, or higher level of TSPF. I got a few offers from people to copy the 5.25 diskettes, but I didn't keep those emails.
