Yes, I did that while working with them. I had them change to what I use in the Term Char page. No Joy.
We also require and test for the connected terminal being at least 32 lines (MOD3) or we fail the initialization of the application. And this is done with a message.
I decided to double check this particular panel. It has not been updated since Nov2012.
So I am really rather puzzled as to why this is happening, given that we have many users across various LPARs using this, and this particular panel must be answered to get to the next part of the product.
So I would have been hearing about this for quite some time if it weren't working.
