Thanks for help. Problem has been resolved now . Basically receive process
works in two steps

1) Order directory - This directory contain serverpac panel dataset and
this will be received during receiving order
2) Content directory - This directory contain actual target , dist, smpe
dataset and will be received and unpack during installation while
restoration of dataset.
