Hmm, mine works on a screen-by-screen basis.  So if you have one upside down, 
just click somewhere in that screen and flip it right.

I DO NOT recommend doing so on a Multi-Screen system or Multi-Screen Windows 7, 
because at the moment, one screen is back to being right side up, but the other 
is still UPSIDE DOWN!
Yes, I did it to myself, before I attempt to do it to someone else, guess what
