  The TTCHes and trace buffers are dumped as ASID 4 storage.  So you 
access them under IPCS as ASID 4 storage.  Everything that gets dumped
gets copied into the dumping program's address space at some point
to put it into an IO buffer which is prefixed by a DRPX (Dump Record
PrefiX).  But the I/O buffer ASID and address are not how the data 
is represented in the dump.
