Ah hah! I highly suspect the latest HOLDDATA is the reason for the discrepancy. I'm pretty sure the PSP bucket instructs you to first get the latest HOLDDATA before running the REPORT MISSINGFIX command. In any case, glad to hear you've now got all the PTFs you need.
