Good approach! Tell everyone about your things! Of course big blue may say yay 
or nay depending on money, how easy/difficult is it to apply and of course 
available time/money/machines to test them out, etc...

There must be a reason? Some persons may think incorrectly such notifications 
are spam.

You can logon, get an id+psw, look around there and join one of the 305 groups 
inside. You can then join 'your' group to receive automated e-mail 
notifications. [1]

Agreed. Perhaps IBM should tell their clients more about this RFE tool so more 
can join it.
