Thank you, just tried to interprete things that i see. I am a DB2 sysprog, and know that DB2 datasets VSAM information is not always current. However i think that an active log is an object that is allocated once and never changed afterward, the log is always used until it is full, so i think that for DB2 active logs, the allocation information is current.
