You have got good replies. Perhaps you're looking up the wrong JES2 manuals. I have some questions: Do you have RACF authority or not? JES2 will not show you. Issue $TDEBUG,SECURITY=YES and retry above command. Follow up on any messages you get. It also could means someone else issued that command and JES2 is not finished with it.
