You may wish to contact the vendor support for this.
But looking up the IKJ55365I message, it directs to the Assembler Program
manual for TRANMSG
Under TRANMSG it says for a 0C RC.
0C Processing ended prematurely. The output is unusable. Possible causes
are:
You have attempted to translate too many messages at one time.
The MIO is not valid
The output buffer is too small for any messages.
