Have you contacted the ISV to see if they use it? I am not sure, that as a general rule, a module or function would be used by a particular ISV. But that the ISV could tell you if they use it.
What problem are you trying to solve with this question? If you are trying to determine levels of maintenance, I am not sure there is one function that will do it for you. Especially for ISVs. For some of the products I support, I just have to know what level they are at, or contact the ISV to find out what level they are at.
