Back in the early '80s my employer bought a 4341, replacing a 370-something. The Peoria office CE was contacting a local firm to haul away the old system console. Upon finding out they were going to scrap it I asked if the 3270 screen was usable, if so we'd keep it. Fine and dandy, we cabled it into our 32nn controller, voila an extra green screen! A bit troublesome using CICS, no clear key!
