So yesterday Saturday (5/28) I needed to diagnose a problem: IEC143I 213-16. Googled this string. One hit (not the first) pointed to Knowledge Center. Familiar format. Today I Googled the same string. Clicked on the 'same' link, which now shows the new KC. Without drilling down, I have to agree that the info is much better displayed.
