Lionel, First let me say thank you very much for providing these tools. My site (Municipality of Anchorage) has made extensive use of this software over the years, particularly XMITIP, FTPB, and TXT2PDF.
Unfortunately I am unable to download the latest/greatest XMITIP or TXT2CSV. Everything else downloads fine.
