What you are asking is what companies normally pay consultancy fees for. This is not a 'quick' task that can be put together on a PDF. There are so many questions that come to mind about your own environment and your requirements. My best advice is if you've never done it, don't even attempt it if you want a successful implementation. Get help, and be prepared to pay for that help. IBM may be able to help you, but they will also charge.
