IIRC you are running a single IEFBR14 step to delete all of the multi-volume generation data sets for multiple generation data groups. Since you are running into TIOT limits, you need to do something different. Increasing the size of the TIOT from 48K to 64K will give you some relief, perhaps enough for now, perhaps not for the future. You could run more than one IEFBR14 step, one for each GDG.
