Yes, see the COBOL Customization Guide, and modifying IGYCDOPT. However, a better option is to stop migrating to COBOL V5.1 and start migrating to COBOL V5.2, where we solved many of the problems with compiler storage management, and in particular, we removed the SIZE compiler option!
