When using LE service CEEGTST to allocate a piece of heap storage, the length is provided by the caller of the service and the address of the storage is returned by the service. To free that storage CEEFRST is called. Only the addressof the area, as returned by CEEGTST, has to be passed to the service. LE remembers the length of the area.
