  Parmlib member IEACMD00 contains
COM='CHNGDUMP SET,SDUMP=(LSQA,TRT,XESDATA),ADD' 

  So all SVC dumps should have system trace.

What is displayed by the D D,O   command on your system?

Under IPCS, what does  VERBX IEAVTSFS display for Partial Dump Reason 
Codes?

And what does   CBF RTCT+9C? STR(SDUMP) VIEW(FLAGS)     show for
SDATA options?
