Ron, You have two options depending on where you want to use the assets:
1) Use Knowledge Center for Z (KC4Z) that gets shipped with zOS. Obviously, this is going to come up on your intranet from a zOS session. You can use Softcopy Librarian (SCL) to upload the KC plug-ins OR 2) Download the Knowledge Center Customer Installed (KCCI) which should run on Windows. FWIW: Besides the elements and features, CICS Transaction Services has plug-ins. For base/features, we are trying to keep to a strict quarterly update cadence with real "GAs" coming out in the nearest quarter past the products GA.
