Overheard at the IETF High Council:

Elrond: Asia/Novokuznetsk and Asia/Novosibirsk now use numeric time zone
abbreviations instead of invented ones. The old standard must be taken deep
into Mordor and cast into the fiery chasm from which it came. One of you must
do this.
Boromir: One does not simply walk into Mordor.
