There are some syntax checkers from IBM, but only for *certain* parmlib members:
CEEPRMxx, LOADxx and GRSRNLXX checked by 'Parmlib Processing tool' and
'Symbolic Parmlib Parser'
IKJTSOxx by TSO PARMLIB CHECK(??)
BPXPRMxx you use 'SETOMVS SYNTAXCHECK'
