This is likely due to the way FDRPAS swaps UCBs as part of the online migration process. TDMF works basically the same way, so it also has the same limitation (we have used both). They also caution you to *not* delete the old UCBs from your IODF and perform dynamic activate until after all LPARs have been IPLed once after the swap.
