I did see that he said the RACF DB is shared. That change to the PROGRAM class profile which I suggested will give access to the resources on that one or more SYSID. We have many LPARs on two SysPlexes in total. Some LPARs may be used to use COBOL compilers and others are blocked via PROGRAM Class. >You want all development people to have access on dev system but not on prod.
