Searching for 'file signature PK', I found http://www.garykessler.net/library/file_sigs.html and PK means it is a zip file. Unzip the file, not sure on z/OS or Windows or Linux would be best (required). Then view the resulting file, should be EBCDIC on z/OS or ASCII on Windows / Linux.
