​I think that's true. It is basically the REXX you can use when run run
IKJEFT01 (batch TSO program), but with more restrictions on the TSO
environment and with a few extra commands for system interfacing (in
particular AXRCMD('os command') and AXRWTO(message) ). The main

My main complaint is no ADDRESS SYSCALL. But I can use BPXWUNIX to do some
things. It's just not as efficient due to the spawning of a new UNIX
address space.
