ACF2 does have a MUSASS attribute that is tied to the LID.  Some APPS like CICS 
will Require it

That was indeed the missing piece! :)

Charles Mills also let me know (off-list) that ACEEIEP points to the 
associated ACUCB. That was lifesaving information...
