Use the assembler macro-

    TIMEUSED STORADR=xxx,ECT=YES

This will call a *short* system routine (no PC, no SVC) which will use the ECTG instruction to calculate the current CPU time consumed, including CPU time consumed since the last dispatch, for the current task.
