I recommend coding: LISTC UCAT

Do this in a batch job because as a TSO command, your TSO prefix/userid will be
assumed and you will get only user catalogs that begin with your userid.
Probably none exist.

As for naming conventions, we have at least three:

1. The vast majority of general purpose user catalogs have the same HLQ.

2. User catalogs created for and used only by SMP/E install and management have
a different HLQ, in fact one for each z/OS release.

3. In many cases we have cross IMPORT CONNECTed master catalogs into other
systems for diagnostic and maintenance purposes. These are treated as user
catalogs to the IMPORT system but are of course master catalogs to their own
systems.

In other words, don't assume that all user catalogs looks alike until you
confirm that. The command I recommend will show all 'user catalogs' regardless
of actual name or purpose.

  LISTCAT CAT(CATALOG.MASTER.LLQ)
look for "USERCATALOG" entries.

Hint: you should have naming convention for catalogs.
So, simple PDF p.3.4 with CATALOG as HLQ should give you the same information.
