If people want to complain to various service providers, that's fine. But there is no reason to CC the list with the complaint and there is no reason to respond to the rantings in the list. If you really have to tell him how stupid he is, do it directly. In the interim, kill filters will not stop him from posting but they will prevent us from seeing his posts.
