Hot Damn!  You mean there's an actual precedent for moving function out
of the TMP and making it generally available?  I'd like to see likewise for:
TRANSMIT, RECEIVE, SUBMIT (but with attribute restriction relaxed),
LISTDSI, SYSVAR, OUTTRAP, ...
