No it would not be. There is not necessarily any control block 
representing that SRB.
For example, for an SRB scheduled with the SCHEDULE macro, once 
dispatched, the control block is the responsibility of the scheduled 
routine to deal with as it sees fit. The system will never look at again. 
If the SRB needs to be suspended, then the system will create a new block 
(SSRB and auxiliary blocks) to manage the status.
