I was working an issue with IBM support via a PMR and during the PMR I posted a
URL to a knowledge base document and they posted one for me.

Both URL's wrapped and were not usable without some guesswork and editing as
the hyperlink was broken in the wrap.

I reported this in the PMR and was told to use the SR Help function to submit
the issue using the web form. I did this and received a nice reply that they
couldn't help and I should work it through the PMR. Catch 22. When I then
replied to the nice reply from the SR Help desk they sent me another canned
e-mail that they can't help.

What has happened to IBM's former world class support. IBM PMR support is
still world class but this SR support is anything but.

Broken URL's in PMRs is something one would expect would be looked at with some
urgency.

Oh well - maybe by the time I retire in a few years they will have fixed it or
z/OS will have been replaced by a version of Watson.
