Hi, I think this is resolved. A Colleague found this in the Fault Analyzer for z/OS User's Guide and Reference: -
If the IDIS subsystem is started and the PARM='FASTEXCLUDE' option is in effect (this is the default), then all Include and Exclude options specifications from the IDICNF00 parmlib member are cached in the IDIS subsystem.
