One more question just related to TPROT usage can you tell me if this makes 
sense
  I do IPK to get a user psw storage key in R2 

For example 

PSW_KEY   DS 0D
                    DS F
R2_KEY.      DS F

      XR           R2,R2
      IPK
       ST           R2,R2_KEY
       TPROT    STORAGE,PSW_KEY
