We have encountered an issue with the SRD function of ServiceLink. I submitted a request for a PTF on Sunday moring, February 26, 2017 and as of a few minutes ago, the SRD order is still in Submitted status. We have opened a PMR ( that's a whole different issue ) and we are being told the "problem" is worldwide. I haven't seen any chatter on IBM-MAIN about this problem all week. That doesn't seem possible. Has no one needed to use SRD this week?
