I agree, I've had to support Changeman at a previous site, and I was made to administer part of the product also, the user community at Serena is mostly all CHGM ADMINS that do nothing but administer the product and they, plus the vendor are pretty good at helping out. If you are an CHGM admin, defined by security there are administrative options on the ISPF tool that can help you setup a remote site.
