I don't believe it.

If you haven't, you are not qualified to say that is the "best of all".

I used IBM PComm for years. It was, and still is the corporate provided 
emulator. I thought it was ok, even if a bit difficult to configure it the 
way I like it. Then I tried Tom Brennan's Vista 3270, and I found it so 
much better (for me) that I paid for the license. So, while it is cheaper, 
that is certainly not the reason I use it.
